Deals fail when the operational substance isn't there. I build the commercial, organisational, and operational foundations — due diligence support, vendor DD, data room preparation, and SPA/SAPA input — so nothing unravels when it matters most.

Carve-Out Execution

Separating a business unit is harder than it looks on paper. I define the perimeter, design the separation plan, and drive execution from signing through closing — across people, processes, systems, and contracts, including TSA design — so Day 1 readiness is never in doubt.

Post-Merger Integration

Value doesn't integrate itself. From the 100-day plan through full integration, I design the target operating model, drive synergy realisation, and align commercial structures, teams, and operating cadences across combined entities to make the deal's thesis real.
